MAIKO MORI piano & LIUBOV ULYBYSHEVA cello - Winter Reveries
1901 Arts Club, London, SE1 8UE
Wednesday 9th December 2026 7:00PM
Winter brings a mix of moods: quiet and reflective moments, festive cheer, and the anticipation of brighter days ahead.
Winter Reveries brings these feelings together through music for cello and piano, from the familiar beauty of Bach and Beethoven to Tchaikovsky’s The Seasons and Dvořák’s Silent Woods.
The programme also features Haru no Umi, a much-loved Japanese New Year piece that offers a different musical perspective. With a mixture of lyrical, playful and uplifting works, the programme celebrates the warmth and variety of the season.
